Using Craigslist for houses For Rent or For Sale

Our tenant at 878 14th Street NE reconfirmed with us today that he is moving out at the end of November 2008. In addition, he mentioned that he posted the property for rent on craigslist and linked his posting to our web site http://www.ttrco.com/.

So, after thinking about it, we thought we would post one of our other properties on craigslist today. Low and behold, we received an inquiry the same day, on the three bedroom split foyer for $100,000 for sale that we posted.

So, we are going to work on this social networking thing a little more this month. We have our web site, our blog, e-mail and personally I have spent my share of time on message boards talking college sports, so it should be interesting learning more about how these social networking sites interact.

The bottom line is that we want to communicate with one another, when it makes sense.
