We want to welcome the month of December to all. Busy morning, with the Realtor Legislative Breakfast for our local association. We are meeting with local legislators, ahead of the next session of the Iowa Legislature in January 2011. Then, off to a walk through with our new residents of a five bedroom executive home in NE Cedar Rapids.

Monday, December 21, 2009 is the first official day of Winter

We celebrate the new season officially, Monday, December 21, 2009. Though the entire month of December has clearly been a winter wonderland with the first snow storm earlier in the month. At least the snow held off until after Thanksgiving this year.

December 25, 2008 - Christmas

Our offices will be closed December 25-26, 2008 for Christmas Holiday. Our normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Central Time, Monday-Friday.
