Since it is Tommy Tucker's birthday today, we thought it would be nice to highlight the rental at 157 Hayes Street SW for $750.00 per month. This updated two bedroom house, with updates throughout in plumbing, electrical and mechanical is hopefully going to be available next week. We are waiting on the final inspections...
The building inspection has been completed. We are waiting for the City of Cedar Rapids to finish up on the three other specials (plumbing, electrical and mechanical).
