Congratulations to Cedar Rapids Police Chief Greg Graham on his first anniversary here in our community. Chief Graham gave a nice presentation as speaker at the Noon meeting today for the Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids. At 1 pm today, Chief Graham celebrated his first 365 days on the job for our community.

We need to get rid of him. Since his arrival morale at the police department has gotten even worse, crime is up, the streets are more dangerous than ever, and managment at the PD is at its very worst.
